Pretty fun game. Only problem I have with it is the crew you assign to your ships is from the original Star Trek but not from both original Star Trek and Star Trek The Next Generation with Captain John Luke Picard, Ryker, Data, Wesley Striker, etc...

Well, I wanted to like this game. Been a fan of Star Trek longer than I care to admit. So I tried the game, more or less obsessively, for a week. Spent a little money. Got to level 15. Trouble was, the game kept crashing. Slightly more often than the free 4 hour chests. There was such regularity, it was almost as if the game crashing was part of the gameplay? Anyway, I’ve never restarted my phone so much. Restarting the phone was the only way to reboot the game. Finally, in a fit of sanity, I deleted the game.
  • Warning - tutorial game breaking bug

Downloaded this game and began the tutorial. Ran through the beginning ship battle, then the real world intervened and I had to put the game down for a few hours. When I came back, to continue through the tutorial I was asked to dock my ship, but as the game had automatically done that in the interim, I could not progress. You are stuck in the tutorial, unable to exit it, press any other button then the dock button, nothing. Deleting and reinstalling does not work as they keep your data on the server side tied to your phones id. Support can do nothing as they demand information from the game you cannot provide as you cannot exit the tutorial. AND this is a known issue if you look through other reviews.
  • Fun for Trekkies

Fun way to pass the time of day for Star Trek fans. You do have to grind a lot, but what else is there to do in these Covid times. I do wish they’d make it a little easier getting some of the ships at least in the beginning. I’ve been playing literally nonstop two days straight and am only level 8. There’s 50 levels and I’ve got over 20+ game hours played thus far. So one can only imagine how much more time consuming it’ll become for advancement in your upper teens & early level 20’s...I’m hoping I’ll discover a quicker method to cut out some of the grinding, but based upon what I’ve read I won’t and it only intensifies .... still .... it is Star Trek .... it’s very well done and created, and the storylines for the missions are very well crafted. A lot of time went in to creating this game for our enjoyment!
  • A waste of money

I played the game for a few months and there is nothing left to do. It is the same daily missions, attacking ships and raiding bases. Not fun.
  • Very deep game full of bugs

The app crashes continually. Sometimes display windows freeze up, but usually the app just *poof* disappears. Latest update didn’t fix any of that, some things are worse. This is in addition to the bugs in the game itself affecting players on all platforms. Bugs like images and animations of featured characters never loading on screen, pages where you see code instead of what the code should do, caching outdated info, and a host of weird quirky behaviors. The game itself is engrossing and complex. And it’s social, with plenty of ways to interact w other players. Be careful with in-app purchases though. The packages they sell never quite live up to the hype and can leave you feeling cheated. All that said, I am still playing. I guess that says something.
  • Ship stuck in dock and all kinds of other issues

Game has been so laggy lately since the last update....more so then usually. In addition I have to start my game multiple times a day for it to work. Now my best ship is stuck in a warp loop and I can’t get it fixed even after putting a ticket in.
  • Mostly fun

Mostly fun and entertaining. This game suffers from the same issues that pretty much all online games face, PvP. Why can’t we have a game that doesn’t have PvP. There are always individuals that prey on new players and don’t allow them to grow. Then you have people that spend hundreds of dollars to buy top trophies that you will have no hope of winning unless you spend hundreds s well. Get rid of PvP and the game will be much better.
  • Not good for a game to play on your phone

Don’t get this game if pay to play. It’s not worth it. The game is seriously glitchy and it kicks me off constantly. Not good when you are in enemy territory or in a battle zone. I keep getting killed and it costs a lot of resources to fix my ships. (Maybe that’s the point, they want you to spend more).
  • Real players patrol problem

Don’t get me wrong this is a fun game I do recommend it but the biggest problem that I have is rare resources are hard to get and find and when you do find a mineable one over powerful players attacking lower level players that need it to level up and it’s hard to get anything done
