    So this is a great app if you hate gyms but want to still be as active as possible when it’s winter and it’s always cold outside. It tells you how many calories you’ve burned which I absolutely love and it has a little character that gets fit every time you do a workout I love it!

    My schedule is forcing me to workout from home with limited equipment. I’m always will to give an app a try to assist me in setting a workout. I’ve been doing the total body challenge for a week and it’s a good workout. I use it as a supplement to another workout but this one could stand on its own. I’m looking forward to trying some of the other workouts available. If you’re debating go ahead and give it a try.

    I use the free content on this app. It’s consistently good. The workouts change daily and work different sections. You can customize number of reps, length of intervals, length of breaks and ear “unlocked” workouts that are available all the time. The advertisements are obnoxious or intrusive. I’m sure the paid part is awesome, it’s just more than what I need right now with other workout components in place.
