  • Great exploration of the future of magazines

Content is interesting and the magazine is exploring and experimenting with the medium - not just taking a conservative approach. Love it so far. More publishers should explore like this, the iPad is a more interesting platform than most give it credit for.
  • An iPad magazine that takes advantage of the device's capabilities.

    By natureboyms
I haven't seen many magazine apps that are well designed around the iPad interface. This one actually takes advantage of the opportunity to make an interactive experience. The interface allows the user a better sense of exploration compared to the basic static layout of most other publications. Pictures move on the page ever so slightly, providing just a hint of liveliness to otherwise static images. Even the advertisements are well designed, making them interesting rather than annoying. The real treat was looking over an article, then suddenly realizing that the architect was speaking in the background about the project! In all, I am very impressed with the delivery of this publication. Other publishers should take note from these guys - they know the future of digital publishing! I would give this app a rating of 10 if I could. If I had anything to criticize, it would be that it would be good to be able to pause the narration. Perhaps the ability is there, I just couldn't find it. Please send out more editions soon!
  • Really Cool

Really well done. Nice format and presentation, engaging content, and more importantly, whether an expert or a laypersons, it makes the content accessible.
  • This is a 21st C mag

  • This is a beautiful addition to their app collection

    By Jazzie-Fizzle
application is smooth, colors are engaging, layout is engaging, and content choice is interestingly shot and thought provoking. There is just enough text to set you in the right direction, but not so much that it distracts too much from the visuals. Great job again Edition29!!! This is a great addition to your Architecture app and The New app, which are my other two favorites. -Brandon
